Keifer von Salvisberg is a large 5 year old long haired German Shepherd. He is a big boned guy with the solid body and straighter back of the German imports. He has the much sought after black and red coloring. As handsome as Keifer is now, he will look even more impressive once he goes to our groomer who is an expert in grooming the long haired shepherds. Keifer reminds us of a favorite teddy bear; his ears are bent, but looks like he just got too much love. Keifer has the typical loving personality of the long haired shepherds, he loves to give you his paw to shake, then the next thing you know this huge guy is trying to crawl in your lap. He is very good with other dogs he has met. Keifer is an all around charmer.
